| 工作原理 | 本試劑盒采用的是雙抗體夾心法酶聯免疫吸附檢測技術（ELISA）。測定樣品中小鼠組織蛋白酶B水平。向預先包被了抗小鼠組織蛋白酶B抗體的酶標孔中，加入標準品和樣本，溫育後，加入生物素標記的抗組織蛋白酶B抗體。再與HRP標記的鏈黴親和素結合，形成免疫複合物，再經過溫育和洗滌，去除未結合的酶，然後加入顯色底物TMB，產生藍色，並在酸的作用下轉化成最終的黃色。最後，在450 nm處測定反應孔樣品吸光度（OD）值，樣本中的小鼠組織蛋白酶B濃度與OD值成正比，通過繪製標準曲線計算出樣本中小鼠組織蛋白酶B的濃度。 |
| Purpose | This assay employs the Sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Determine the level of Mouse CTSB(Cathepsin B) in the sample. Add standard and sample to the microplate that have been pre-coated with Anti-Mouse CTSB(Cathepsin B) antibody. After incubation, add Biotin-conjugated anti-Mouse CTSB(Cathepsin B) antibody. It is then combined with HRP-conjugated streptavidin to form an immune complex, then incubated and washed to remove unbound enzyme, and then added to the chromogenic substrate TMB to produce a blue color, and converted to the final yellow under the action of acid. Finally, the absorbance (OD) value was measured at 450 nm. The concentration of Mouse CTSB(Cathepsin B) in the sample was proportional to the OD value. The concentration of Mouse CTSB(Cathepsin B) in the sample can be calculated by drawing a standard curve. |
